GENERAL GUIDELINES
To perform this job successfully, the Administrative Assistant must
have a warm and welcoming demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, a
high degree of professionalism, and the ability to maintain the
confidentiality of information and records that come into the
Admission Office.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES
To perform this job successfully, the Administrative Assistant
must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The
requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills,
and/or ability required.
- Prior work in an office setting, and regular interaction with a
customer/client base, preferred.
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills, and ability to tend to
many different tasks and duties simultaneously, required.
- Ability to maintain an extreme level of confidentiality, exemplary
customer service skills, attention to detail, ability to resolve
situations and to work independently while supporting a cooperative environment.
- Strong computer skills required. Prior experience with Google
suite & Blackbaud preferred
This position requires the ability to establish and maintain
cooperative working relationships within a diverse environment.
