Experience and Skills:
Education/Licenses
- Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science or related field
- NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist
- Up-to-date First Aid, CPR, AED certifications
Experience
- 1-3 years experience working with high school or college-age
students preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Inclusive approach to teaching and educating
- Strong communications skills and a collaborative work style
- Creative problem solving skills with a positive outlook and sense
of humor
Working Environment
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance
- Ability to move throughout the campus during all weather conditions
- Ability to effectively communicate in person and digitally with
coaches, staff, parents, students and external contacts
- Ability to drive Worcester Academy bus preferred
